Everight Healthcare Foundation is a non-profit charity organization founded by Mr. Everest Okpara in 2017, with the aim of improving Healthcare & well-being by delivering and helping vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals obtain equal access to the best healthcare and sustainability in Nigeria. He has been instrumental in making strategic decisions and policy formulations for the foundation. He is known for being credible, courageous, focused, innovative, driven and result oriented. He holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, B.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the Lagos State University, a certificate in Healthcare Management from Lagos Business School and a certificate in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, U.S.A. Mr Everest has been a force in investigative medicine for over seventeen (17) years. He is a philanthropist who has made extensive contributions to the social and economic development of his community.
Mrs. Roseline Obianuju Okpara is a member of the board of trustees of Everight Healthcare Foundation. She joined the board in 2017. She also sits on the Board of Everight Diagnostic & Laboratory
Services Ltd., where she is designated as the Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary.
Mrs. Roseline Okpara earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from Lagos State University in 2010. She graduated in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Honour in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She obtained an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Global Leadership Development Centre, Abuja in 2022, a Corporate Governance program and an Essential Management Skills certificate from Lagos Business School in 2024
She worked in the cash Department in 2006 with Oceanic Bank Nigeria Plc, in 2007 as a Customer Care Officer and later became the Head of the Customer Service Department of the Bank’s Satellite branch in Lagos from 2008 to 2012. After the acquisition of Oceanic Bank Plc by Eco Bank Plc in 2012, she was retained by Eco Bank Plc as the Head of the Customer Service Department.
Mrs. Roseline Okpara is a strategic analyst with strong general business acumen and administrative proficiency, whose contributions to the growth of the Foundation are invaluable. She is known for creativity, discipline, accountability, diligence, stewardship, and strong commitment to risk management, and compliance with laws, and regulations in handling the affairs of the Foundation.
Mr. Jude Anene Ugwu studied at the School of Medical Laboratory Science of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). He became qualified as an Associate Member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN) in 2009 with bias in Clinical Chemistry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2003. He also obtained an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Science Laboratory Technology in 1996 before his University education.
Mr. Jude has more than twelve years of experience in investigative medicine and is known for his dedication and expertise.
Dr. Emeka Ezeazu is a member of the Board of Trustee of the Foundation. He joined the Board in 2017. Dr Emeka is passionate and committed to the cause of giving medical assistance to the sick and poor.
He obtained a bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery degree from University of Benin in 1993. He is an associate of Chattered Institute of Marketers of Nigeria and International society of Ultrasound in obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr Ezeazu is a counselor and strategic planner, directing personnel affairs at the Foundation. He also sits on the Board of Crescent Diagnostics Laboratory Ltd
